Logical Thinking Skills

Description
Logical thinking underpins all decision making for business. It is an individual skill but can affect individual, team and company performance due to the understanding and actions of one or more individuals. Participants may have studied logical or critical thinking and analysis during their school years. However, the skills are not always taught explicitly, but often in a problem solving context or for taking exams. Logical thinking is not only an academic skill. These skills are used by business leaders every day to solve problems, ask questions, and make decisions.

This course helps participants understand logical thinking methods, barriers to use, business applications, and to analyze everyday and business situations.
