Description
This course suite is designed as an introduction to behavioral decision theory. The Framing course introduces students to the impact that psychological frames (or perspectives) have on decision-makers and the problems they face. The Values course focuses on the importance of recognizing and understanding an organization's values, for it is values that guide and direct effective decisions. The Managing Uncertainty course investigates decision-making under conditions of uncertainty.
